Getting tired of overspending? Swiping away until there's nothing left? This system saved my overspending problems. 

Every category has a set amount each week- when that envelope is empty. its empty.

Before payday- work out your expenses
Payday- use the teller slip to work out how much cash to take out (Saves forgetting and confusion at the teller) 
Cash stuffing- Cash stuff your wallet and do your very best to stick to the budget.
Progress over perfection!
